SMS Terms and Conditions
By using the SMS services provided by Workplace Safety Screenings (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you consent to receive text messages related to your employee health screening process. These terms govern how we communicate via SMS and your responsibilities as a participant in the program. If you do not agree with these terms, we advise that you do not use our SMS services.
Program Overview
Our SMS communication system is designed to provide employees with timely, direct assistance throughout their health screening process. Once you opt in, you may receive text messages confirming your screening appointments, providing directions to the assigned clinic, sharing instructions to help you prepare for your visit, and offering real-time assistance. We may also send you updates about completed screenings or follow-up steps when applicable. These messages are sent on an as-needed basis and generally range from one to three messages per screening cycle.
Opt-In and Consent
You opt in to this SMS program either by initiating a text message to Workplace Safety Screenings or by responding to a message you have received from us. By opting in, you confirm that you consent to receive SMS communications related to your screening. Message frequency may vary depending on your screening schedule, and message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
To receive assistance at any time, you can reply with the keyword HELP. If you no longer wish to receive messages, you can opt out by replying STOP to the number that sent you messages. For full details about how we handle your information, you can access our Privacy Policy.
User Responsibilities
When using our SMS services, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information related to your screenings. You also agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities. Misuse of the service may result in the suspension or termination of SMS communication.
Please do not interact with our SMS service while driving or performing tasks that require your full attention. Workplace Safety Screenings is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur as a result of unsafe mobile device usage.
Canceling SMS Messages
You may cancel your participation in the SMS program at any time by texting the word STOP to the number that contacted you. Once we receive your opt-out request, we will send a final message confirming your decision and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number. If you wish to resume communication in the future, simply send START to that same number or reach out through another method.
Support and Contact
If you require help using our SMS service, you can reply with the keyword HELP to receive further instructions. You may also contact our support team directly by emailing support@workplacesafetyscreenings.com, calling (855) 572-5577, or visiting our website at workplacesafetyscreenings.com.
