Tona Trondsen, founder and president of WSS in Houston, made it her mission to address the issue head-on with training and education designed to protect businesses against drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace. With a degree in business management and extensive youth mentorship in both non-profit and traditional companies, Ms. Trondsen has paved a path of excellence and recognition among her peers, educating and enforcing drug-free workplaces throughout the United States.
Ms. Trondsen has a BA in business management from Le Tourneau University and a Master’s in intercultural studies from Southeastern College. She is a certified professional collector trainer (CPCT) through the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) and is a breath alcohol trainer (BAT). She is also an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program.
